On the 6th of October, I celebrated my 10 years anniversary living in England. To celebrate it, Stéphanie came to visit s and on the Saturday 9, we went to Bristol where everything started. We had lunch with David, my former boss and his wife. Then we went to have walk in the streets of my favourite city:

The next day, we met a colleague of mine, Will and his family in Wallingford park:

The week after, I experimented something rather traumatising. Marc was out that evening, the children were in bed and it was 10.45pm. I switched off the light, exhausted, when I heard a noise which sounded like bins falling in a domino manner. I thought it was some teenagers playing, when I heard a scream. I looked at my window and this is what I saw:

If you can see what it is, it is a car on its roof. A young girl went out of it without a scratch and the screaming was coming from my neighbour who saw everything.
Of course, I went outside to help, the street was full of people in 30 seconds. I had to wake up one of my neighbour whose car was damaged. After the arrival of the ambulance and then the police, nobody was in the street. My neighbour and I talked to the police, then I went back home, really awake. A little while later, the breakdown truck came and I finally went to bed at 1.45 am!!!:

October was really mild and we carried on our Sunday walk:

We finished or walk in the pub next to the car where a fire and a really nice dog was there. The following week, we went to have dinner in that pub with Cora's parents, Arthur's best friend:

A the end of the month, it was half term. I took a day off to spend the day with Arthur at Legoland. When we arrived in the car park, we met randomly Cora and her parents. They were really happy to spend the day together and I did spend the day and my evening with Jill and Dermot (the parents) as it was that evening we went to have dinner to the pub!!!!:

It was again a really busy month, but with a lot of lovely memories.
